What Brought About this Painting?
When I painted "Sunrise Over Nags Head North Carolina", I really enjoyed painting the oranges, yellows, pinks, lavenders and blues of a sunrise - the sun making its daily progress of a day, showing its face over the water of another day.

By the way, watching the sunrise this morning was pretty awesome, even from here in Woodbridge, VA.
Saturday, December 4, 2021 8:45 pm Did some time today at Stonebridge Open Space Arts - met some wonderful people that were very excited to see ART in Prince William County! They had no idea there was anything going on with the arts here. Amazing.
